Face, PIN or QR badge clock-in on a tablet
One Android tablet at the entrance is the single record of who was on site and when. Staff clock in in a couple of seconds; you get clean hours for payroll.
What it does
- PIN, face or QR badge. PIN and QR badge on every plan. Face recognition on Team and Pro, on its own or with the PIN as a second step.
- A photo on every punch. Optional. Disputes take seconds, and photos are deleted automatically after your retention period (90 days by default; up to 180 days on Team and 365 on Pro).
- Works offline. If the Wi-Fi drops, staff keep clocking in. Punches wait on the tablet and sync when it reconnects, with the real time kept.
- Nobody can fake the time. Change the tablet clock and the punch is still recorded at the real time, and flagged for you to check.
- Breaks. Start and end a break at the tablet, or deduct an automatic break on shifts over six hours.
- Fire roll call. Everyone on site, by department. Mark people safe at the assembly point and print the list, offline too.
- Four languages on screen. English, Turkish, Polish and Romanian. The screen switches back to your default after every punch.
- Self-service at the tablet. Holiday balance and requests with their PIN on every plan; their shifts, swaps and open shifts on Team and Pro.
- One-scan set-up and kiosk lock. Scan one code on a new tablet and it installs the app, locks to the clock-in screen and pairs. Coming soon
