All prices in GBP, excluding VAT. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no payment details. Extra tablets, TV boards and staff are priced per unit.

What every plan includes
- The clock-in app for Android tablets, the manager panel, and Yumee Work for your staff, free
- Offline clock-in, fire roll call, time off and holiday balances, pay rules and scheduled reports
- Slack, Teams and webhook alerts, unlimited manager accounts and a full audit trail
- UK hosting, a Data Processing Agreement and a full export of your data at any time
- Updates, email support and tickets from the panel, answered on UK working days
Billing
- Paid by Direct Debit, monthly or yearly (yearly saves 15%). We do not take card payments.
- Set up Direct Debit from the Billing page before your trial ends. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
- Extra tablets, TV boards and staff above your plan’s allowance are charged per unit, in arrears.
Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time, with effect from the end of the period you have paid for. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; on annual plans your price is fixed until renewal, and if you do not accept a change you can cancel before it takes effect without any cancellation fee (Terms of Service, clauses 7 and 8).
