QR badges

Badges suit visitors' contractors, people who prefer not to use face recognition, or sites with poor lighting.

• Employee → Print badge creates a PDF card with a QR code unique to that person.
• On the tablet, tap Scan badge and hold the card to the camera.
• Replace badge issues a new code and invalidates the old one immediately (lost or stolen badge).
• Badge clock-in can be switched off company-wide under Settings → Company.

Badges do not replace the PIN: the person still confirms with their PIN, so a found badge cannot be used by someone else.
