Yumee Work is the free app for your employees. No email address and no password: company code, employee number and the same PIN they use at the tablet.
What it does
- Only their own. Nobody sees a colleague’s hours, pay or tasks.
- Swap a shift in two taps. Offer a swap, give a shift away or claim an open one (Team and Pro).
- Holiday without the form. Balance, accrual and requests in the app; the decision arrives as a notification.
- Notifications in their language. New task, rota published, swap answered, holiday approved, in English, Turkish, Polish or Romanian, with an inbox in the app.
- Clock in from the phone, if you allow it. Off by default. Switch it on and it only works inside the site boundary you set, checked at the moment of the punch, with an optional selfie. No background tracking, ever.
- You stay in control. Revoke a phone’s access in one click; leavers are signed out automatically.
