From sign-up to your first payroll export
Four steps. Most of it happens in the manager panel; the tablet only needs the app and a pairing code.
Create your account
Sign up on this site with your name, work email and company, and pick a plan. You land in the manager panel with your first site and a tablet slot ready. Invite colleagues as admins, managers (limited to their own sites), HR, billing-only or viewers.

Pair a tablet
Add the tablet in Settings → Devices and choose clock-in tablet or TV board. On the tablet, install the app, then type the pairing code or scan it as a QR code. The tablet downloads your settings and staff list and is ready. Mount it at eye height by the entrance, out of direct sunlight.
Add your people
Add employees in the panel or import a CSV. Each person gets a PIN; on Team and Pro they can enrol their own face at the tablet with that PIN, after reading and accepting the consent text. Print QR badges if you prefer badges to faces.

Run payroll
Late arrivals, missed clock-outs and offline punches are flagged for review. Correct what needs correcting (every change is in the audit log), then export hours and pay lines formatted for your payroll software, or let the weekly report arrive by email.

What you need
- A tablet at the entrance. Any Android tablet with a front camera, Android 7.0 or later, on Wi-Fi. Yumee Workforce Kiosk on Google Play ↗
- Wi-Fi that reaches it. The tablet keeps clocking if the Wi-Fi drops, but it syncs and updates over Wi-Fi. No Wi-Fi at the door? We install that too.
- A screen for the TV board (Pro, optional). Any Android tablet or Android TV box, paired as a “TV board”.
- A web browser for managers. The panel runs in any modern browser; nothing to install.
- Phones for staff (optional). Yumee Work is free for your staff: Android from Google Play, iPhone in the browser.
