What it does

Drag-and-drop planner. Copy last week, click-to-add shift templates, and open shifts anyone can claim.
Working-time warnings. 11 hours of rest, the 48-hour week (with opt-outs recorded), 7 days in a row, availability and approved leave.
Cost against budget, live. Each person’s rate and your pay rules, against weekly and per-site budgets.
Publish to staff. Everyone gets their shifts by email and in the staff app; Slack or Teams gets the summary.
Swaps, give-aways and open shifts. Requested from the tablet or the app. You approve, or let them apply themselves.
Nothing slips after publishing. Changes after publishing are flagged until you publish them again.
