From punch to payslip without a spreadsheet
Every record carries the right rate for the right minute, and payroll gets a file it can import.
What it does
- Pay rules. Night, weekend and bank-holiday rates and overtime premiums. Rates do not stack: the highest one wins, minute by minute, and overtime is its own line.
- Payroll formats. Exports formatted for Xero, Sage 50, BrightPay, QuickBooks, Moneysoft and IRIS/Staffology, plus CSV and PDF. It is a file you import, not a live connection.
- Scheduled reports. Weekly and monthly hours reports by email, automatically.
- Department rates and piece-work. A different rate or allowance per department, and a bonus per unit packed, picked or cleaned, straight onto the payslip line.
- Not a payroll bureau. We do not calculate tax or send RTI to HMRC: your payroll software does that, with our hours.
