Clock-in photos and retention

When photo capture is on, the tablet stores a small photo with every clock-in and clock-out. Managers see it next to the record; it settles "I was here at 7:58" disputes in seconds.

• Retention: photos are deleted automatically after the period set under Settings → Company (default 90 days; you can choose up to 90 days on Starter, 180 on Team and 365 on Pro). Records themselves are kept for the statutory period.
• Access: only panel roles with record access can view photos; tablets cannot browse them.
• Consent: photos are covered by your staff privacy notice; face templates additionally require the person's recorded consent.
