| Manager | Records, rota, jobs, devices — optionally restricted to certain sites |
| HR | People, absence, documents; records and rota are view-only |
| Billing | Invoices and payment only |
| Viewer | Read-only access |
Every action is written to the Audit log with the user, time and before/after values. Users can see and sign out their own sessions from their profile; owners can sign out everyone.
