Yumee Work is the employee app for their own phone. On Android, install Yumee Work from Google Play. On any phone — iPhone included — staff can also open yumeeworkforce-work.web.app in the browser and add it to the home screen.
Signing in
Staff need three things: your company code, their employee number and their tablet PIN. All three are shown on the employee profile under Yumee Work app. There is no email or password to remember.
After five wrong attempts the account pauses for 15 minutes; repeated failures across the company pause sign-in and email administrators.
What they see
Only their own: tasks (start, pause, finish with checklist, quantity and photo), shifts with swap / give-away / open-shift requests, and holiday balance and requests. Nobody sees another person's tasks or records. Managers see the team view in the panel.
Revoking access
Employee → Yumee Work app → Revoke app access signs the phone out immediately. Leavers are revoked automatically.
