Pay rules: nights, weekends, holidays, overtime

Under Settings → Clock rules you define:

• Pay rules — windows such as Night 22:00–06:00 ×1.25 or Sunday all day ×1.5. Rules do not stack: for every minute the highest applicable multiplier wins.
• Bank holidays — pulled automatically for England & Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, plus your own closure days; choose the holiday-pay multiplier.
• Overtime — after a daily threshold or beyond the rota shift, with an optional premium (×1.25, ×1.5, ×2).
• Breaks — unpaid break options and the automatic break after a set shift length.
• Department rates and bonuses (Pro) — a department multiplier or rate override, and piece-rate bonuses per unit produced on tasks.

Every record stores a pay breakdown (minutes and amount per rule), so payroll queries take seconds.
