Plans, invoices and payment

What you pay for, when, and what happens if a payment fails.

Plans are monthly (or annual at a discount) and include a number of devices and staff; extra tablets, TV boards and employees are priced per unit and appear on the invoice as separate lines. Invoices are emailed on your billing day and listed under Billing, where you can also set up Direct Debit, add billing contacts and download PDFs.

Free trial. New accounts start with a free trial — no payment details are needed to begin. Set up Direct Debit from Billing before the trial ends (the panel shows a reminder until you do); the first invoice is issued when the trial ends and collected automatically. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

If a payment fails you get reminders and a grace period; only after that is the service paused — the panel becomes read-only and the clock-in tablets stop until the invoice is paid. Your data is never deleted for non-payment, and service resumes the moment the invoice is paid.

Cancelling. Owners and admins can cancel any time from the Billing page. Your service continues until the end of the period you have paid for (or the end of your free trial) — no further invoices are issued and fees already paid are not refunded — and you can choose Keep my subscription until then. After that date the tablets stop and the panel stays read-only for 30 days so you can download everything with Billing → Export all data; then your data is permanently deleted, except invoices we must keep by law. Your Direct Debit mandate is cancelled once any open invoice has been paid.
